Black iron Wire is one of the major products of chengxiang.
Black wire includes cold drawing wire \annealed wire and black oiled wire
All of them use the high quality wire rod which diameter is 6.5mm as raw material.
We can produce black wire ranges from 5# to 38#. Customer's orders are also acceptable.
Cold drawing wire is produced through wire-drawing
Annealed wire is though wire-drawing and anneal to finish.
Black oiled wire is formed via the processes: Wire-drawing, anneal, and fuel oil injection.
We can do it into straight cutting wire/U type wire and also do according to users' special requirements.
Packing: Can be made according to our customers' requirements
Mainly used as tie wire or binding wire in construction. Wire mesh production and civilian industry product production.
Soft annealed wire offers excellent flexibility and softness through the process of oxygen free annealing.
We've also got the certificate of ISO9001: 2000 Quality Management System.
Our annual output of iron wire is 40000MT.
